All About Me

Melissa Wilson Craw, therapist for children and young people, smiles. She has dark hair, light skin and brown eyes, and she stands in from of a brick wall wearing a denim top and a gold chain with a coral coloured flower on it

My name is Melissa Wilson Craw, and I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor specialising in working with children and young people. I love play therapy and the therapeutic use of silence, and I believe in the transformative power of unconditional positive regard.

Previously, I was a copywriter, and I also edited video and audio, mostly for volunteer groups and for my own projects.

I was born and raised in the United States, and I immigrated to England in 2006, so I’m fluent in both American and British English.
